To achieve NIPUN Lakshya in our school, we conduct baseline assessments to identify student proficiency levels in literacy and numeracy, followed by tailored interventions. Train teachers in effective pedagogies and implement activity-based, engaging learning methods. Involve parents through workshops, track student progress regularly, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Foster peer learning, use technology for reinforcement, and engage the community to create a supportive environment. Celebrate student achievements with incentives and recognition to motivate progress toward the foundational learning goals.
